CANCELLATION POLICY

Booking & Appointment Policy | Bloom Beauty Company Albuquerque, NM To provide every client with a seamless, on-time, and elevated experience, the following policies are in place: At Bloom Beauty Company, your appointment is reserved exclusively for you. As a top-rated waxing studio in Albuquerque, NM, we value your time and ours and are committed to delivering a luxury, results-driven experience at every visit. Card on File & Deposits A valid card is required to book all appointments. Your card will not be charged until the day of your appointment unless a policy is violated. By booking, you authorize Bloom Beauty Company to charge the card on file in accordance with this policy. New clients are required to pay a 50% deposit at the time of booking, which will be applied toward your total at checkout. All deposits, packages, and memberships are non-refundable. 24-Hour Cancellation Policy Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Rescheduling Policy Rescheduling within 24 hours of your appointment is considered a late cancellation and is subject to the same policy. Policies are applied consistently to maintain fairness for all clients. Late Cancellations & No-Shows Appointments canceled within 24 hours or missed appointments will have a 50% service fee applied. Service Reduction / Same-Day Changes If multiple services are booked and you choose to remove or decline services at the time of your appointment, a 50% service fee will be applied to the removed service(s). Time is reserved specifically for each service booked. Packages & Prepaid Services For clients with packages or prepaid services (including Brazilian waxing packages, lash services, or other treatments), late cancellations, no-shows, or same-day service reductions will result in the loss of one service/session from your package. Membership Appointments & Cancellation Membership appointments follow the same 24-hour cancellation policy. Appointments canceled within 24 hours or missed appointments will result in the forfeiture of that session. Memberships are billed monthly and reserve dedicated time in the schedule. Memberships are designed for consistent maintenance and results. Unused sessions do not roll over and will expire at the end of each billing cycle. Any missed, canceled, or unused services within that month will be considered redeemed and forfeited. Memberships may be canceled with a 30-day written notice. All scheduled appointments must follow standard cancellation policies. Sickness Policy If you are feeling unwell, please reschedule prior to the 24-hour window to avoid fees. This helps maintain a safe and clean environment for all clients. Grace Period & Late Arrivals Please arrive on time for your appointment. A 5–10 minute grace period may be allowed depending on the service. Arriving more than 10 minutes late may result in cancellation of your appointment and will be treated as a late cancellation. Same-Day Bookings Same-day appointments are reserved time and are non-refundable and non-cancellable. By booking a same-day appointment, you agree to all policies. Right to Refuse Service Bloom Beauty Company reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at any time. Minor Policy Clients under 18 must have parental consent.
